Waikilo collects only what’s necessary to make it work. We don’t sell your data. We don’t run ads. Your tank parameters are not shared with third parties. You can delete everything at any time.
Username, email address, and hashed password.
Parameter readings synced from your connected controllers (Hydros/Apex), device states, livestock records, dosing logs, photos you upload for AI analysis, and alert history.
We collect behavioral analytics (how you interact with the app, what features you use, error logs) to help us identify bugs, prioritize new features, and improve the Waikilo experience.
Waikilo is a cloud-based SaaS platform. Your tank data is securely stored on our servers to enable real-time monitoring, AI trend analysis, push notifications, and access from any device. We use industry-standard encryption for data in transit.
We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not run third-party display ads.
Photos and videos uploaded for Kai analysis are transmitted securely to our AI infrastructure. They are used solely to generate the analysis you requested. We do not use your tank photos to train AI models without your explicit consent.
You can export your data at any time using the CSV export feature. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us. We process deletion requests within 30 days.
